This is a persuasive approach to the legalization of marijuana. Every argument against this approach has already been answered by the current system which allows medical marijuana. Should be a passable bill and about time.

#1 - Sat Jan 30, 2010 10:59 AM ESTI find it sad that the only approach towards legalisation that is getting positive responses is "we're short of cash and this will make money". There is so much more to it, not least that what an individual does with their own body and mind is their own business. If you want to argue for or against it, the ability to generate income is the least compelling, to me.
